Buying a Home?
The process can be stressful. A home inspection is supposed to give you peace of mind, but often has the opposite effect. You will be asked to absorb a lot of information in a short time. This often includes a written report, checklist, photographs, environmental reports and what the inspector himself says during the inspection. All this combined with the seller's disclosure and what you notice yourself makes the experience even more overwhelming.
QUESTION: I am purchasing a new home, do I need an Inspection?
ANSWER:Yes, you do!
Even new construction has defects, such as missing insulation, electrical and plumbing defects. I take the guess work away by providing a detailed PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), 30 Day, One Year, and Two Year Inspections for new homes.
Choosing the right Home Inspector can be difficult. Unlike most Professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different Inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a Home Inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough Inspection depends heavily on the individual Inspector's own effort and experience.

This is my inspection company and you will be in contact with me. I do not have employees and this is not a franchise. I inspect 6 days per week, Sunday is family day, however, if special arrangements are made, I will Inspect on Sundays.
